gioser-web: revert Cytoscape, back to SVG gioser-graph-web

- Remove cytoscape-graph.js (wasn't working with hidden deck)
- Restore gioser-graph-web Rust SVG widget with gioser-web dep
- Rebuild WASM (514K)
